依據《民宿管理辦法》第二十八條規定，民宿經營者應將每日住宿旅客資料登記，其保存期間為六個月。旅客登記資料之蒐集、處理及利用，均依《個人資料保護法》相關規定辦理。請您協助填寫以下入住資料，感謝您的配合。

According to Article 28 of the Regulations for the Management of Tourist Inns (B&Bs), inn operators are required to maintain a daily guest registration record. Guest registration information will be retained for six months, and the collection, processing, and use of such information are handled in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. Thank you for completing the following guest registration form.
